Meeting and dismissal location

  1. Exit through the Marunouchi Underground South Exit.
  1. After exiting the ticket gates, walk straight ahead for about 100 meters.
  1. You will see a wheel on your right-hand side
  1. You will see a large sign on your left that says ‘Group Meeting Area.

Day 1 Lunch *We will provide an ingredient list for the lunch boxes provided. Although we accommodate reported allergies, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you are concerned about cross-contamination or would like to ensure an adequate food supply, please prepare your own lunch.

Parent Consent Form

Participation in Owl Adventure and Sky Adventure requires submission of a parental consent form. The Google Form has already been distributed to all participants. Within the form, we have included instructions for them to download and print the consent form (waiver).

Dietary Accommodations (Allegies & Vegetarians)

 
Regarding the meals during Exploration Week, please review the following information.
 
  • Day 1 and Day 3 Lunches (Bento Boxes): CAMPSHIP ACADEMY will provide bento lunches for both Day 1 and Day 3.If you are concerned about the risk of cross-contamination (trace amounts of allergens entering during the manufacturing process), please make the following arrangements:
    • Day 1: Please bring your own lunch.
    • Day 3: Please purchase your own lunch during the scheduled free time.
  • Other Meals The rest of the program, including all meals on Day 2, is designed around self-catering/cooking as a group. A complete list of all planned ingredients and raw materials will be shared in advance. Please review this list carefully and manage your dietary needs at your own discretion..
